What happens when I press SOS?
A screen pops up with a big cancel button, just in case you tapped by mistake. If you don't cancel, help is called with your name and where you are.
Are all HERide drivers really women?
Yes. Every driver on the road with HERide is a woman. It's how we started and it hasn't changed.
How do I share my ride?
Tap Share Trip in the app during a ride. Pick a friend from your contacts. They get a link that shows where you are, live, until you arrive.
How do you check drivers?
Before her first ride we check her driving record, her ID, and her background. We check her car too. We run the check again every 90 days.
What if I don't feel safe?
Use SOS in the app. Or call 911 if you can. After the ride, tell us in the Safety menu — we read every report within 24 hours.
