How is HERide different from Uber or Lyft?
Every HERide driver is a woman. Safety tools are in every ride, not hidden in a menu. And we're a small Atlanta company — not a giant one built in San Francisco.
Where can I ride?
Atlanta (since 2019) and Athens, Georgia (since 2024). That includes rides to and from Atlanta's airport. Want us in your city? Ask us on the Cities page.
What if my driver is late — or a no-show?
Tap her name in the app to reach her, or use in-app support. If she doesn't show, we get you a new ride and you don't pay for the missed one.
Can I book a ride for someone else?
Yes. Book from your account. If you book rides for a lot of people — a clinic, a school, a senior center — we have a business plan for that. See our Business page.
How do I report something that went wrong?
In the app, tap Safety → Report an issue. Or email safety@getheride.com. A real person answers within 24 hours, every day of the week.
Do you take promo codes?
Yes. Apply your code at checkout in the app. New riders can get $10 off their first ride with code WELCOME. Check the app for the latest deals.
